The project introduced to you today is Nanning Diwang Mansion. Nanning Diwang Mansion is located in Ningdong CBD, which was  on November 12, 2005 and delivered for use in December 2006. The building is 276 meters high, 58 floors, with a total investment of 500 million yuan. Diwang Building is an international 5A-graded office building. It has won the title of China Commercial Office Building Demonstration Project and is the fifth batch of national new technology application demonstration projects evaluated by the Ministry of Construction. The Diwang Mansion is both an office building and an urban viewing platform. The Yunding sightseeing layer at the top of it integrates tourism, sightseeing and leisure functions. The 360-degree view of the landscape above the sightseeing floor offers a panoramic view of Nanning's cityscape. There are two high-speed sightseeing elevators with a speed of 6 meters per second in the building, which can take tourists directly from the basement floor to the sightseeing floor within one minute. As a key supplier of door and window rubber sealing products for the Nanning Diwang Mansion,3H provides supporting services for EPDM rubber sealing strip for this project.

The EPDM sealing strip produced by 3H is mainly made of EPDM raw rubber and carbon black from well-known brand manufacturers. It is formed by microwave vulcanization process at one time, and the surface is smooth, without any traces. Product performance is superior, with excellent ozone resistance, weather-resistance, heat-resistance, flame-retardant and electrical-insulation properties. The EPDM sealing strip can be designed with different profiles’ grooves, and the edges will not wrinkle after being matched, and its sealing, shockproof, dustproof and waterproof functions are good.
