What is the Role of Door and Window Rubber Product?

   There are two important parts in door and window hardware accessories,one is aluminum,zinc ally,stainless steel hardware,the other is rubber product.The common seen type of rubber product in door and window hardware accessories is door and window rubber strip and beading strip.

  There,what is different between the door and window rubber sealing strip and beading strip?

   Door and window rubber strip is the sealing strip between beading strip and glass,because there should be a rubber sealing strip installed between the glass and aluminum alloy profile.The beading strip is used to fix the glass.Generally, regular door and window factories use beading strip to fix the glass, so that the glass can be disassembled indoors.If the glass is damaged, the strip can be changed after the strip is removed.

   The small factory is manually using the silicone glue to assemble the aluminum alloy window and door frame and glass. If the glass is broken, the silicone glue should be removed by the blade manually, and remove the whole door and window sash. If it is a fixed window, the entire aluminum alloy frame must be removed before,and then change glass.

   Thus,the door and window rubber strip is very important and necessary part of door and window hardware.
