The surface treatment is the process of forming the layers on the surface of the working pieces by a certain method.And its goal is to add the functions of beautiful appearance and corrosion resistance to the working piece.And the surface treatment methods can be concluded as followed.
1.The kinds of surface treatments
(1) .Electroplating:placing the working pieces into the aqueous solutions with the deposited metal compounds, and then the electricity will made the electroplating metal deposited on the working piece.Generally,the electroplating is including the galvanization,copper,nickle,chrome plating.Sometimes,the color-harden,phosphorization are also included.
(2) .hot-dip galvanizing: which is soaking the carbon steel pieces into the groove fulled with 510°C dissolved zinc.And its result is the iron-zinc alloy which is on the surface of steel piece will be became to the deactivating zinc on the surface of the products.Hop-dip aluminum is the similar process.
(3) .Mechanical plating:Lashing the surface of the product by the micro atom of the plating metal,and then put cold-weld the plating layer to the surface of the products.
2.The procedure of producing
(1) .Galvanization:
①pretreatment:thermal degreasing tank - electronic degreasing tank - rust removal tank
②electroplating:electroplating tank
③post treatment:dissolved tank - liquor tank
(2) .Color-harden:
①pretreatment:thermal degreasing tank - rust removal tank
②color-harden: color-harden(the chemical dissolved solutions:NaOH,ect.)
③post treatment:anti-rusty oil tank
(3) .Phosphorization:pretreatment - phosphorization - post treatment
①pretreatment:thermal degreasing tank - rust removal tank - electronic degreasing tank -surface treatment
②phosphorization:phosphorization(form the firm)
③post treatment:anti-rusty oil tank
