3. Lock Body
Lock body is the core of one lock,and it is the key part and the core part.Generally,the lock body can be divided into the single tongue lock body and double tongue lock body.And its basic structure is including five parts:the enclosure,pivot element,scaleboard,catch bolt,plastic box and screws.Also,their materials are not the same.The enclosure of the lock body is generally made by the galvanized sheet which is not needed to electroplating.Normally,the pivot element is made by the zinc alloy and the steel in good quality.And the scaleboard is made of the stainless steel and copper,also,the company logo will be appeared here.The catch bolt consists of stainless steel,iron and copper.
4. Handle Lock core
The lock core is the main element which control the switch of the lock,and it is the heart of lock,the core part of a key set that rotates and drives the lock movement.
The material and technology of the core have a great influence on the lock.Generally,the lock core of the intercalation lock adopts the marbles structure. The more the marbles are, the more anti-theft they are. The front marbles and the last marbles are used for positioning, and the central marbles are used for coding. The more marbles in the middle, the lower the opening rate.
The lock core is best made of copper. Now, many lock core are made of zinc alloy, even aluminum alloy or plastic in the market.Because the cost is much lower, but it is easy to damage.
5. Lock accessories
The accessories is the important part of the lock.The key is one of the accessories.If the key is rusty or bent,the key will be broken in the key hole when open the lock.These are about the material of key.The key in poor quality is made of iron with the heavy metal.The key in good quality is made by the pure copper,which can ensure the key will not be rusty or bent.
