Aluminum alloy doors and windows have occupied half of the door and window industry, but many consumers are very worried when they buy aluminum alloy windows and door hardware accessories, they are worried that they will buy substandard inferior products, because if they are not qualified for aluminum alloy doors and windows, they will use them because of sunlight and air,rain and so on,and then,cause the  aluminum profile to be deformed and the glass broken.In order to help the consumer to buy the qualified product, the expert lists three inferior aluminum alloy's standard, for the general consumer's reference:
1.Thin oxide film
The national standard stipulates that the thickness of oxide film of building aluminum profile should not be less than 10um. the thickness is not enough, the surface of aluminum profile is easy to corrode.The thickness of oxide film is only 2 to 4 um. some of them have no oxide film. According to experts' estimate, the cost of electricity consumption per ton of profile can be reduced by more than 100 yuan for each reduction of 1 um oxide film thickness.
2.Chemical composition disqualification
   Adding a large amount of mixed aluminum, the aluminum profile of waste aluminum can greatly reduce the cost, but will lead to the construction aluminum profile chemical composition is not qualified, seriously endangering the safety of construction engineering.
3.Reducing wall thickness of profile
The minimum wall thickness of aluminium profile is not less than 1.4 mm according to the national standard, but the wall thickness of many products on the market is only 0.6 to 0.7 mm.The wall thickness of aluminum profile used in national standard is not less than 1.4 mm. The minimum is not less than 1.62mm, while the wall thickness of some products is only 0.97 to 1.18mm.
Inferior aluminum profile greatly reduces the sealing time, reduces the loss of chemical reagent and reduces the cost, but the corrosion resistance of the profile is also greatly reduced.
