Adjusting the intensity of the door closer device is adjusting the closing speed door closer.When the force is large,the closing speed is fast,and when the force is low,the speed of door closer device will be slow.The closing speed of door closer device is controlled by the two hydraulic valves to command the closing speed of two sections of the door closer  independently and used as the full-sections hydraulic control.
1.The door closer device can only be installed at the upper part of door leaf which is near to the hinge side.And the side without the speed screw should be faced to the hinge.Otherwise,the door cannot be opened.If force to do that,the door closer device,door leaf and the upper frame will be damaged.Fixed the device to the door leaf with four screws,and then turn the lever into the upper part of gear shaft.And the other part should be installed with the cap cover and then the fastening screws should be tightened.
2.Using two screws to install the connecting rob to the door frame.And the connecting rob should be vertical to the upper door frame.Loosen the lock nut to adjust the length of the connecting rob to the appropriated level.After plating the lever gently which is to put the lever pin into the hole of connecting rob, please check if the connecting rob is vertical to the upper door frame.Place the gasket and fasten it with a semicircular head screw.And then lock the screw nut to complete the installation.
3.Adjusting the closing speed.Turn the speed screws can  change the speed.
Attention:
1) Outfitted door closer device are  not suitable for the bidirectional door.
2) The closing speed is controlled by the speed screw.Rotate clockwise is slow,and counterclockwise is fast.
3) Used one year,the door closer device should be added the antifreeze oil.Before refueling,please screw the screws of the oil hole,and after refueling,please tighten the screws.
4) The rest of the door screws and the sealing parts cannot be screwed at random to prevent the oil leak.
