The template is consist of setting hole plate, setting location plate, setting hole back. Adjust setting hole plate and setting location plate can form right template and left template. Left and right template adjust the direction of setting location plate can form center distance to 19.5mm, 20.5mm, 21.5mm.

 Left template
  1.32C template setting hole plate(6-%%C3.4 hole is center line) at the bottom of template, 11A setting hole back(6-%%C3.5 in the two hole deviation) in the above of template, setting hole plate on the right is left template.
  2.19.5, 20.5, 21.5 is center distance on setting hole block, Calibration line in the positioning plate and the fixed office center distance by the digital distance after vertical docking is the center distance.

Right template:

  Installation instructions
  1.Easy, effcient and simple installation.
  2.Hinge can be installed in the sash in factory before going to the site , Insert the hinge to the frame tube and fasten to the frame edge.
  3.Install the bottom plate of the hinge to the frame groove, and fasten with the fixed frame facade alignment.
  4.Adjust the Adjustable screw until the hinge can open and close smoothly.
