The project introduced today is the Guangzhou International Finance Center.

Guangzhou International Finance Center, also known as "Guangzhou West Tower", is located in Guangzhou Tianhe Central Business District, east of Pearl River Park, south of the Pearl River and Guangzhou Tower. In 2017, Guangzhou International Finance Center won the LEED Platinum Green Building Certification issued by the US Green Building Council.

The exterior design of Guangzhou International Finance Center adopts the "transparent crystal" scheme of the giant diagonal net column-in-tube structure. The main tower building surface is an arc triangle composed of six arcs.which is designed as the curved shape and transparent smooth building. In addition, the building structure of the Guangzhou International Finance Center adopts a giant skew grid support system, which presents a flowing geometric pattern and visual contrast with the division of the floor slab and the curtain wall system.

As a key supplier of sealing strip products for the Guangzhou International Finance Center, 3H INC., provides supporting services for the construction of sealing strip products for this project. The sealing strips used in all curtain walls of this project. Both are provided by 3H, and the products meet the design requirements of the construction project for the use of building sealing strips in terms of safety, energy saving, and environmental protection.

Sealing strips produced by 3H include silicone rubber sealing strips, EPDM sealing strips, thermoplastic elastomer sealing strips, modified PVC sealing strips, and sponge composite sealing strips. The material of the rubber strip is mainly selected from raw rubber and carbon black of well-known brand manufacturers. It is formed at one time by the microwave vulcanization process, and the surface is smooth and beautiful, without traces. Product performance is superior, with excellent ozone resistance, weather resistance, heat resistance, flame retardant and electrical insulation properties. Sealing strips can be designed with different profile notches. After matching, the edges will not wrinkle, and the sealing, shockproof, dustproof and waterproof effects are good. Its excellent performance can greatly improve the air-tightness and water-tightness of doors and windows, and enhance the functions of heat insulation, sound insulation and dust prevention of building doors and windows, so as to achieve the purposes of safety, energy saving and environmental protection.
