All components are installed in free-milling profiles, which are directly inserted into the window profile grooves for quick installation without resistance.And the temperature-sensing window closer adopts a non-resistance design to ensure the daily use function of the entire window.
When a fire occurs, the surrounding temperature reaches (74±0.5)°C, and within 60 seconds, the temperature sensing element inside the window sash opening and closing control device is ruptured, generating power to automatically close the window. Built-in temperature sensing element to avoid external damage.
The existing top-hung fire window products on the market have unilateral support and stress structures, which are prone to deformation of the window when subjected to wind pressure. The two sides of the system adopt friction-type temperature-sensing support structure, which can be positioned at any angle, so that the window sash can effectively support the window on the left and right in the daily use state, prevent the window from being deformed, and ensure the service life of the entire window.
The transmission lock adopts a split structure, and the different length specifications of the transmission can be realized by adjusting the whole aluminum connecting rod to adapt to the profiles of different window widths.
It is suitable for European standard 20 groove outwards casement profiles, the distance between the frame and the sash is 11.5mm, the minimum width is 480mm (the relative distance of the top surfaces of the European standard groove of the window sash), the minimum height is 620mm (the relative distance of the top surfaces of the European standard groove of the window sash), and the bearing capacity is 40KG.
