1. The hinge with high quality is made of brass and stainless steel,the color is yellow,the quality of brass is better,which is indicating the brass contend is higher.
2. The size of the good quality hinge is about 76mm*-0.2mm,the hinge with poor quality will be reduced to a bit smaller,so as to save the costs.
3. The damping oil of the good quality will not be leaked,but it can not be observed,just can ask the dealers.
4. Check if the electroplating surface of the hinge  is smooth, and whether the edge of the spring blade is polished.And please check the lubricating oil used in the lubricated part of the spring blade,the good quality hinge is used the top lubricating oil like pale yellow or cream white.If use of the poor lubricating oil,will be oiled. And finally,please check if the hinge is light.
5. The good quality hinge will be with the damping oil.When you open it horizontally,it will be slide down.Used of the hinge, the window or door will be closed or opened very smoothly.
6. The good quality hinge is formed with the bearings,and generally, one stainless steel hinge is with four bearings.
7. The other way to save the costs is the thickness of the hinge .The good quality hinge is 3mm thick,but the poor quality hinge cannot reach to this thickness.
