Friction stay
JG/T 127-2007
Definition:
The device that connects the leaf and frame so that the window can be opened and closed.
Performance index:
1. The difference between opening angle and nominal opening angle is not more than 3 degrees.
2. Friction stay manufacturers’ product can reach 10-30N when not tighten.
3. Friction stay maximum is not more than 80N when tighten.
4. The residual deformation id not more than 2mm under 500N.
5. Repeatedly open and close 30,000 times, the components don’t have obvious damage, and still have using function.
Range of application:
Outward opening window (width of sash is less than 750mm), Outward top-hung window ( the maximum distance is 300mm when opening, the height is less than 1200mm)

Limiter stay
JG/T 128-2007
Definition:
The device that makes the window sash fix on the pre-install position.
Performance index:
1.The locking type limiter stay locking force is not less than 500N, failure locking force 250N.
2.Friction force of friction type limiter stay or not less than 500N, failure locking force 250N.
3. Locking stays open file handle torque is 1N*m.
4.The difference value of friction type limiter stay is not more than 10N.
5.After the pendulum spreaders withstand 1500N pulling force, the pendulum elongation is not more than 0.36%, riveted parts are not loose.
6.Repeatedly opening and closing 30,000 times, locking force and friction is not less than value and work fine.
Range of application:
Inward opening window, top-hung window.
