With the ambition that every supervisor and employee should improve themselves by learning new skills, Hehe Group organized a lecture which theme is Target Management, which is  a  door handle manufacturers,this lecture is given by an experienced management consultant, Mr. Li, who is now an Assistant Manager in a famous local company. Almost 150 people has attened this lecture.

During the lecture, Mr Li explained Target Management from the following aspects: target setting, target planning, target enforcement and target evaluation. By giving case study and showing different charts and graphs, he shew us clearly what target management really is and how to use it properly in order to benefit our company.

As we see our employees as company's property, in the future, we are going to organize more lectures and will cooperate with some universities to encourge our employees to receivce further education to make progress every day.
